I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I take pride in my workmanship.
I also realize that sometimes stuff happens to people, or things get lost in the mail. If you paid for trackable insured shipping, and your ExxoPok was damaged or lost in transit, I will refund the purchase price and shipping cost upon receipt of valid proof of your claims.
If you purchased an in-stock standard size ExxoPok, not custom-made to order specifically for your phone, you may also return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for the refund you will have to send the item back to me in unused, undamaged, re-sellable condition, at your own expense within 14 days of the date USPS tracking shows you received it. I will then refund the purchase price as soon as I hold the item in my hands.
